1 Introduction & Applicability

60 BD (website: 60bd.ws) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 60 BD.

By opening an account or using the 60 BD platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2 Account Registration

To register an account with 60 BD, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

  • Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended.
  • Documents may be requested to verify the name, mobile number, and other details provided at the time of registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity after logging into your account, contact support immediately.
  • Transferring account ownership is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 60 BD may request proof of identity at any time. This may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence.

3 Age Policy

60 BD is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. Keeping minors away from gaming is both our ethical and legal responsibility.

If a user is found to have registered an account while under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

60 BD offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions.

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
  • Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are typically 10x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
  • You cannot claim another bonus while a promotion is already active, unless explicitly permitted.
  • Bonuses apply to one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
  • If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.

6 Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules all members must follow when betting on 60 BD. These rules apply equally to everyone.

  • Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
  • If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the staked amount will be refunded.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in the system, 60 BD reserves the right to void the affected bets.
  • Maximum win limits vary by category — full details are listed on each game's page.
  • 60 BD will not be held liable for any issues arising from network latency during live betting.
  • Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the security and fair operation of the 60 BD platform:

  • Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to place bets.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Harassing or intimidating other members.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage — if discovered, this must be reported to support immediately.
  • Placing bets on behalf of minors.

Violations of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

60 BD reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of terms.
  • Suspicious or irregular betting patterns.
  • Registering with false information.
  • Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
  • At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, provided the closure was not due to a breach of these terms. You may contact support to appeal.

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, and similar circumstances.
  • Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.

11 Terms Update Policy

60 BD reserves the right to amend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance by email or SMS.
